We are the product of dedication.

Throughout our history our staff has always asked the question "How can we do this better?" This single driving force has led us to find the answer by working with technology to aid our clients.

We do not seek the grandiose or high priced, just simple, honest answers to tough questions. Our team strives to do the same for our customers, which is why we rely on them.

Terminal Velocity FM has been a CAD innovator of new technologies and customized Facilities Management (FM) since 1989, and is a respected CAFM, CIFM and BIM implementer throughout the United States and Canada. We have achieved a market leadership position as one of only a handful of solution providers who specialize in both Field Verification / Information Gathering and Computer Aided Facilities Management System Implementation.

Over time our expertise has grown to include BIM, Web Technology, Bar Coding and Mobile Solutions. In addition our spatial data management solutions have expertly implemented Infrastructure.NET, ARCHIBUS, and AutoCAD, as well as field verification and drafting of MEP, Architectural, Process Piping, Security Systems, P&IDs and more. We have performed these services for many types of facilities including Retail, Biotech, Manufacturing, Government, Technology and Education all over the US in excess of over 20 million square feet.

InstantEVAC

InstantEVAC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Terminal Velocity FM, evolved from our clients, who knowing our drafting skill, first asked us to create their Evacuation Maps, then Hazardous Material Storage locations, then Security layouts... the list grew and grew thus the formation of InstantEVAC, our successful "map" creation service spanning over fifteen years.

All of our services are performed in-house at our New Hampshire facility, or at the client's site. We do not outsource our clients work, and all client information is held as strictly confidential.
